Barmouth is one of North Wales’ most popular seaside resorts with miles of golden sandy beach. It has a selection of modern shops and restaurants as well as pastimes expected of a traditional seaside resort - donkey rides on the beach and a fun fair during the Summer months. Gwril View is just a few minutes’ walk from the shops, harbour and the beach which makes it ideal for families. Stair gate, travel cot and high chair available on request.

 Wonderful walks

The famous Barmouth Bridge and the RNLI Lifeboat

And great for walking holidays too!

Barmouth is situated on the Cambrian Coast just beyond the fringe of the Snowdonia National Park. Local public footpaths provide access to outstanding scenery. Wandering up the narrow lanes of old Barmouth in a matter of minutes you reach Dinas Oleu - the craggy hillside above the old town. This area has the distinction of being the very first land acquired by the National Trust.

The beautiful Cader Idris (Cadair Idris) is clearly visible from Barmouth harbour in fine weather and has always been popular with mountain walkers. After a hard day’s walking Gwril View is warm and welcoming. All fuel charges are included.
